硅肺是一种由于长期吸入含有晶态SiO_2的粉尘引起的以肺组织纤维化为主要特征的全身性疾病.但无定形SiO_2一般不致硅肺.过去的研究表明,晶态SiO_2粉尘对肺泡巨噬细胞的毒性作用是硅肺发生的第一步重要反应.SiO_2粉尘进入肺泡后,被巨噬细胞所吞噬,粉尘的毒性作用造成巨噬细胞崩解死亡,同时释放出致纤因子,逐步引发硅肺.但对于晶态SiO_2是如何引起巨噬细胞死亡这一关键问题现在尚不很清楚.本文从SiO_2粒子的表面性质和粉尘与细胞的作用两个方面研究了SiO_2的细胞毒性作用.
