FFA-1离子交换纤维是一种弱碱性离子交换材料,本文对这种材料在波相和气相中对HF、SO2、HCl的静态和动态吸附与再生,水分与CO2对吸附的影响,以及它的耐酸、碱、氧化等性能进行了考查,对FFA-1纤维吸附HF分子的机理进行了初步探讨。实验表明:这种功能纤维在劳动保护以及有害气体吸附与净化等领域有着十分良好的应用前景。
FFA-1 ion-exchange fiber is a weakly basic ion exchange material. In this paper, the static and dynamic adsorption and regeneration of HF, SO2 and HCl in water and gas phases in water and CO2 are discussed. Its acid, alkali, oxidation and other properties were examined, FFA-1 fiber adsorption of HF molecular mechanism was discussed. Experiments show that: This kind of functional fiber has very good application prospects in the fields of labor protection and harmful gas adsorption and purification.
