农资企业是以农业生产为服务对象.所经营的农药是抗灾性物资,要根据病虫害的具体情况做好供应工作,既不许积压,又不能脱销.特别是化学农药品种多,变化大,一个品种用上二三年就会被淘汰.反之,如果储备不足,供应不及时,又会给农业生产造成严重后果.为了正确解决上述矛盾,从1981年起,我们与基层供销社签订了供需合同.1981年与1982年分别完成合同所订农药数量的108.6%与111.3%,收到良好的效果.
Agricultural enterprises serve agricultural production. The pesticides they run are disaster-resisting materials. The supply of pesticides must be done according to the specific conditions of pests and diseases. There is no backlog or off-marketing. In particular, there are many types of chemical pesticides, and there is a large change. The species will be eliminated in the next two or three years. Conversely, if the reserve is not sufficient and the supply is not timely, it will have serious consequences for agricultural production. In order to correctly resolve the above-mentioned contradictions, we have signed supply and demand contracts with grass-roots supply and marketing cooperatives since 1981. In 1981 and 1982, 108.6% and 111.3% of the quantities of pesticides specified in the contract were completed, and good results were obtained.
