为了解复元散对激素性股骨头坏死骨内微量元素的影响 ,将 40只成年雄性新西兰大白兔随机分为复元散组、模型组、对照组 ,经臀部注射醋酸氢化泼尼松建立股骨头骨细胞坏死模型 ,每隔 2周分别进行股骨头内微量元素含量测定 ,以及组织学和放射学观察。结果模型组铜、铁、锶、镁元素含量明显低于复元散组和对照组 ,而锌、锰元素含量各组无显著性差异 ,股骨头的病理变化和放射学改变亦较复元散组和对照组重。认为复元散是通过影响股骨头骨内微量元素的变化 ,改善骨的生化代谢 ,促进病骨的修复的 ,说明复元散在改善激素性股骨头坏死而存在的骨质疏松方面作用可靠 ,这可能是复元散防治激素性股骨头坏死机制之一。
In order to understand the effect of Fuyuan Powder on trace elements in steroid-induced femoral head necrosis, 40 adult male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into Fuyuansan group, model group and control group. Femur skull cells were established by hip injection of prednisolone acetate. In the necrosis model, the contents of trace elements in the femoral head were measured every two weeks, as well as histological and radiological observations. Results The contents of copper, iron, barium and magnesium in the model group were significantly lower than those in the Fuyuansan group and the control group. There was no significant difference in the content of zinc and manganese in each group. The pathological changes and radiological changes of the femoral head were also higher than those in the Fuyuansan group. The control group weighed. It is believed that Fuyuansan can improve the biochemical metabolism of bone by influencing the changes of trace elements in the femoral head and promote the repair of diseased bone. This proves that Fuyuansan has a reliable effect in improving osteoporosis in the presence of steroid-induced femoral head necrosis, which may be a restoration.
