目的探讨叉头状转录因子P3(forkhead box protein-3,FOXP3)在正常人皮肤和不同表皮肿瘤皮损中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学EnVision法检测20例脂溢性角化、19例日光性角化、21例鲍恩病、13例鳞状细胞癌及13例正常人皮肤中FOXP3的表达。结果脂溢性角化、日光性角化、鲍恩病、鳞状细胞癌皮损中FOXP3+淋巴细胞阳性率均高于正常皮肤(P<0.01);脂溢性角化、日光性角化、鲍恩病、鳞状细胞癌间FOXP3+淋巴细胞阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);日光性角化FOXP3+淋巴细胞阳性率高于脂溢性角化(P<0.05);鲍恩病、鳞状细胞癌FOXP3+淋巴细胞阳性率均高于日光性角化(P<0.05),而其在鲍恩病与鳞状细胞癌间表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论FOXP3+淋巴细胞在表皮良性肿瘤、癌前病变、恶性肿瘤中的表达呈逐渐增高趋势,在表皮肿瘤的免疫逃逸中发挥重要作用,促进了其发生发展。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of forkhead transcription factor P3 (FOXP3) in the skin lesions of normal human skin and different epidermis. Methods Immunohistochemistry EnVision method was used to detect the expression of FOXP3 in 20 cases of seborrheic keratosis, 19 cases of solar keratosis, 21 cases of Bowen’s disease, 13 cases of squamous cell carcinoma and 13 cases of normal human skin. Results The positive rates of FOXP3 + lymphocytes in seborrheic keratosis, solar keratosis, Bowen’s disease and squamous cell carcinoma lesions were significantly higher than those in normal skin (P <0.01); seborrheic keratosis, solar keratosis, The positive rates of FOXP3 + lymphocytes in Bowen’s disease and squamous cell carcinoma were significantly different (P <0.01). The positive rate of solar keratosis FOXP3 + lymphocytes was higher than that of seborrheic keratosis (P <0.05) The positive rate of FOXP3 + lymphocytes in squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that of solar keratosis (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between them in the expression of FOXP3 + squamous cell carcinoma (P> 0.05). Conclusion The expression of FOXP3 + lymphocytes in epithelial benign tumors, precancerous lesions and malignant tumors is gradually increasing. It plays an important role in the immune escape of epidermal tumors and promotes its development.
