目的监测检查室DR摄影辅助防护下的电离辐射值,明确婴儿性腺部位所受电离辐射散射线的剂量,突出辅助防护必要性。方法使用FJ 2000个人剂量仪分别在DR检查时,测量辅助防护内、外辐射剂量,比较辅助防护内、外散射剂量的差异。结果辅助防护内辐射剂量明显小于防护外辐射剂量,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.001)。结论辅助防护在婴儿普通放射检查中必不可少。
Objective To monitor the value of ionizing radiation under the assistance of DR photography in the examination room, to clarify the dose of ionizing radiation scattered by gonadal parts of infants and to highlight the necessity of secondary protection. Methods The FJ 2000 personal dosimeter was used to measure the internal and external radiation dose of the auxiliary protection during DR examination respectively to compare the difference of the internal and external scatter doses of the auxiliary protection. Results Auxiliary radiation dose was significantly lower than protective external radiation dose, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.001). Conclusion Auxiliary protection is essential for routine radiological examinations in infants.
