目的 :探讨慢性冬眠心肌细胞内Ca2 +、Mg2 +含量的变化。方法 :使 2 2只犬冠状动脉左前降支缩窄 50 % ,继续喂养 1个月 ,利用三电极直流等离子体原子发射光电直读光谱仪测量慢性冬眠心肌细胞内Ca2 +、Mg2 +含量。结果 :①成功地建立了慢性心肌冬眠的动物模型 ;② 10只犬完成所有实验步骤 ,存活( 4 5.2± 9.59)d ,左前降支内径缩窄平均 4 8% ;③缺血心肌细胞内Ca2 +含量明显高于正常心肌〔( 13.4 8±4 .2 6)vs( 9.4 7± 2 .32 ) ,P <0 .0 5〕 ,而Mg2 +则明显低于正常〔( 19.37± 5.62 )vs( 2 7.18± 8.77) ,P <0 .0 5〕。结论 :慢性冬眠心肌存在细胞内Ca2 +超载 ,提示细胞内Ca2 +超载可能是慢性心肌冬眠的发生机制之一
Objective: To investigate the changes of Ca2 + and Mg2 + contents in chronic hibernating myocardium. Methods: The left anterior descending coronary artery of 2 2 cans were narrowed by 50% for 1 month. The contents of Ca2 + and Mg2 + in chronic hibernating myocardium were measured by direct current three-electrode direct current plasma atomic emission spectrometer. Results: (1) Animal models of hibernating myocardium were established successfully. (2) Ten dogs completed all the experimental procedures and survived (5.22 ± 9.59) d, while the diameter of the left anterior descending artery was narrowed by an average of 48%. (3) + (13.4 8 ± 4.26) vs (9.4 7 ± 2.32), P <0.05), while the level of Mg2 + was significantly lower than that of normal (19.37 ± 5.62 vs (2 7.18 ± 8.77), P <0.05. CONCLUSION: Intracellular Ca2 + overload exists in chronic hibernating myocardium, suggesting that intracellular Ca2 + overload may be one of the mechanisms of chronic myocardial hibernation
