目的探讨罗勒不同提取物对胸膜炎模型大鼠的肿瘤坏死因子-a(TNF-a),前列腺素E2(PGE2),白细胞介素-8(IL-8)的影响。方法实验分为9组,每组连续灌胃7 d,末次给药30 min后采用角叉菜胶所致大鼠胸膜炎模型。结果模型组大鼠胸腔渗出液中TNF-a,蛋白质量明显升高(P<0.001,P<0.01)及血清中IL-8,PGE2显著升高(P<0.001)。结论罗勒不同提取物对角叉菜胶所致大鼠急性胸膜炎有显著的抑制作用,其作用机制可能是通过抑制炎性介质PGE2的生成和细胞因子TNF-aI,L-8的升高等环节产生抗炎作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of different extracts of basil on the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) in the pleuritis model rats. Methods The experiment was divided into 9 groups, each group was given gavage for 7 days continuously, and the rat model of pleurisy was induced by carrageenin 30 minutes after the last administration. Results The levels of TNF-α and protein in thoracic exudates in model group were significantly increased (P <0.001, P <0.01) and IL-8 and PGE2 in serum were significantly increased (P <0.001). Conclusion Different extracts of basil have a significant inhibitory effect on carrageenan-induced acute pleuritis in rats. The mechanism may be through the inhibition of the production of PGE2 and the increase of cytokines such as TNF-α and L-8 Anti-inflammatory effect.
