昆明市女子中学建校于1908年,女子中学的特殊身份,赋予了学校育人目标的独特内涵——培养“博·雅”的内外兼修、秀外慧中现代女性。博,指学生内在素质目标,意为“博学多思,自律奋进”;雅,指外在形象目标,意为“文明达观,自然优雅”。课程是学校教育的内容载体,是学校实施教育目标的主要途径。自实施新课程改革以来,我们一直在思考:在新的发展时期,怎样通过德育课程建设使学校的培养目标落地、生根?
