目前国际上流行的斜井、水平井气体钻井流动计算与井下真实情况相比有很大区别,从而导致计算得到的携岩气体需求量过小,难以保证井下正常携岩、清岩。通过研究气体钻水平井的携岩问题,发现水平井气体携岩的规律与垂直井有本质不同。依据研究结果所得出的携岩气体需求量比目前国际流行计算的结果要大50%~100%,而且还需要配合其他措施,方可保证井眼净化。文章简要介绍了研究结果在白浅111H井的应用。
At present, the calculation of gas drilling flow in inclined shafts and horizontal wells in the world is quite different from the actual conditions in the downhole. As a result, the calculated demand of carrying gas is too small to guarantee the normal carrying of rocks and clear rocks. By studying the problem of rock bearing in horizontal wells, it is found that the regularity of rock carrying gas in horizontal wells is different from that of vertical wells. According to the results of the study, the demand for rock carrying gas is 50% ~ 100% larger than the current international calculation, and other measures need to be taken to ensure the wellbore purification. The article briefly introduces the application of the research results in Shallow shallow 111H well.
