企业经营管理与宣传思想工作在其研究对象、分析方法方面各有特点和侧重,但作为企业建设和发展不可或缺的两门学科,又有其必然的紧密联系,其中最显著的特点,都离不开对“人”的研究分析,即:企业中最基本的资源——人力资源的合理配置和功效发挥。因此,借鉴和导入经营管理的相关理论,分析研究当前企业的宣传思想工作,无疑对我们打破固有的思维模式,改革创新新时期企业宣传思想工作,具有积极的意义。
The management and propaganda work of enterprises have their own characteristics and focuses in their research objects and methods of analysis.
