我部自1992年引进食荚大菜豌1号,经多点试种,该品种表现很好。1993年至今已开始大面推广,不仅丰富了城市居民的菜篮子,而且也给菜农带来了可观的经济收入。因食荚大菜豌营养丰富,含有多种维生素及钙、磷、铁等元素,故深受消费者欢迎。近几年来,我国沿海城市将其嫩荚加工速冻后,销往国外,为我国名特蔬菜的出口创汇又增加了一个新品种。现将食荚大菜豌特征特性及栽培要点简介如下:
