The leaching practice of crushed hard rock under leachate shows that the concentration of useful components in the produced solution decreases with time. This leads to extended processing times and component losses because the leaching process is terminated when the weight percentage of the components is reduced to the minimum allowable value. At this time the ore is still retained 30 to 50% of the metal. In order to increase the efficiency of the leaching process, the filtration speed must be increased and the leachate movement updated as planned. This will be repeated loose ore.
