结合豫西“三软”煤层透气性低,瓦斯流动困难,煤层渗透率低,透气性差,瓦斯突出日益严重的实际情况,通过采取射流钻割技术,研究解决瓦斯抽放效果差、工作面钻孔施工工作量大、生产接替紧张等问题,达到卸压增透提高瓦斯抽采效率的目的。
