通过对大学生体育活动及其耐挫能力的问卷调查,发现当前大学生体育活动的次数、体育活动量和强度、参加体育活动意愿与其紧张性情绪存在显著相关;参加体育活动形式、体育活动目的与其稳定性情绪有关。为此提出科学有效进行体育活动有助于提高学生的耐挫能力,并给予相应的建议。
Through the questionnaire survey on college students ’physical activities and their frustration abilities, it is found that there is a significant correlation between the current college students’ number of physical activities, the amount and strength of physical activity, and their willingness to participate in physical activities. There is a significant correlation between their willingness to participate in physical activity and the purpose of physical activity Sexual emotions. Therefore, it is suggested that scientifically and effectively carrying out sports activities will help improve students’ ability to endure frustration and give corresponding suggestions.
