At the first meeting of the Third National Council of China Society for Human Rights Studies(CSHRS) in Beijing on May 10, 2007, more than 120members elected Luo Haocai,a vice-chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese Peoples Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), new president of the CSHRS.
