人们在探索自然、社会与人类思维的活动中,总离不开对方法本身的研究。在一定意义上说,科学方法是科学的灵魂,科学方法是科学进步的动力之一。科学的历史告诉我们,每一项重大科学成果的取得总伴随着科学方法上的突破与创新。比较人才学在其发展过程中,应通过自己的实践和对其他学科成果的吸收、借鉴,逐步形成一套比较完整的研究方法,以求得比较人才学的深化、发展与完善。笔者认为,这套方法应包括研究原则、研究方式、研究技术和研究程序四部分。研究原则是基于一定的哲学思想和人才学理论所建立的一系列研究规范,它涉及到认识论、逻辑学和辩证法一些带根本性的问题。它能解决的问题是以什么观点观察、认识人才现象,以期通过比较找出规律以及以什么理论指导研究。例如,从事实出发的实践性原则;重

In a certain sense, the scientific method is the soul of science, and the scientific method is one of the motives for scientific progress. The history of science tells us that the acquisition of each major scientific achievement is always accompanied by scientific breakthroughs and innovations. In the course of its development, Talent Science should gradually form a set of comparatively complete research methods through its own practice and absorption of other disciplines, in order to deepen, develop and perfect Talent Studies. The author believes that this method should include the research principles, research methods, research techniques and research procedures in four parts.
