目的观察用毫米波穴位辐照配合固摄方冲剂治疗晚期肺癌的疗效及其对晚期肺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法采用临床对照研究,治疗组30例,予毫米波辐照加固摄方冲剂口服;对照组26例,予固摄方冲剂口服。结果治疗后治疗组与对照组相比,卡氏评分(Karnofsky评分,简称KPS)变化、主要症状变化、生活质量疗效、实验室指标变化均有明显差异,P<0.05。结论毫米波穴位辐照配合自拟固摄方冲剂治疗晚期肺癌患者,对改善临床症状,提高生活质量,纠正癌症营养不良(恶病质)具有较好的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of millimeter-wave acupoint irradiation combined with Gusufang granule in the treatment of advanced lung cancer and its effect on quality of life in patients with advanced lung cancer. Methods Clinical control study, the treatment group of 30 cases, to millimeter wave irradiation to reinforce the photographic granules oral; control group of 26 cases, to the solid photogenic granules oral. Results Compared with the control group, the Karnofsky score (KPS), the change of the main symptoms, the quality of life effect and the changes of laboratory indexes of the treatment group after treatment were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion The millimeter-wave acupoint irradiating combined with self-made Gusufang granule in the treatment of patients with advanced lung cancer has a good effect on improving clinical symptoms, improving quality of life and correcting cancer malnutrition (cachexia).
