由我校电子系副教授崔志武等同志研制成功的“复合功能半导体生物酶传感器”,是一种微型化的电子传感器件。它是复合在一起的两个氢离子敏场效应晶体管,在其栅区上分别固化尿素酶和葡萄糖氧化酶。它可以准确而迅速地同时检测出溶液或血液中尿素和葡萄糖的含量。它适用于临床化验、制药和化学试剂生产过程中化学分析等。
By the Department of Electronics, Associate Professor Cui Zhiwu and other comrades successfully developed the “composite functional semiconductor bio-enzyme sensor” is a miniaturized electronic sensor device. It is a combination of two hydrogen ion-sensitive field effect transistor, respectively, in its gate region urease and glucose oxidase solidification. It accurately and quickly detects both urea and glucose in solution or blood simultaneously. It is suitable for clinical laboratory, chemical analysis in the production of pharmaceuticals and chemical reagents.
