城市公共交通系统评价时,多个指标相互之间是无法比较相互矛盾的,甚至有些定性指标无法定量表示。尝试应用模糊数学对多目标进行评价,有效地模拟多目标决策的过程,过程中的规则变换可反应决策者对不同目标的重要性取向。鉴于单一评价法和组合评价法的优缺点,提出了将2种应用广泛的综合评价方法:模糊评价和数据包络分析法进行集成。最后以某市公共交通系统为实例进行研究和分析,结果表明该方法可以为城市公共交通系统问题提供解决对策,为进一步提高城市交通系统的组织和优化提供基础。
When evaluating the urban public transport system, multiple indicators can not be contradictory to each other, and some qualitative indicators can not be quantitatively expressed. Attempt to apply fuzzy mathematics to evaluate multi-objective, to effectively simulate the process of multi-objective decision-making, the process of rule transformation can reflect the decision-makers on the importance of different goals orientation. In view of the advantages and disadvantages of the single evaluation method and the combined evaluation method, two widely used comprehensive evaluation methods are proposed: fuzzy evaluation and data envelopment analysis. Finally, taking a public transport system in a city as an example, the results show that this method can provide solutions to the problems of urban public transport system and provide a foundation for further improving the organization and optimization of urban transport system.
