眼心反射于1908年由Aschwer 和Deg-inin 首先报道,为加压眼球或牵拉眼肌时心率减慢10～12次/分,合并胸闷,心跳骤停等不良现象。由于有导致死亡的报告,因此引起眼科界的重视。笔者对健康,无心脏疾患的青光眼,白内障、眼球摘除,斜视等需手术的病人,术前进行了眼球压迫试验,并观察心电图的改变,对于迷走神经亢进型的患者,术前采取相应措施,预防术中出现眼心反射。
