由于冷镦工艺生产效率高,毛坯质量好,而被轴承行业广泛用于滚动体(钢球和滚子)的毛坯成型工序,但因所镦制的材料是轴承钢(GCr15),其强度高,塑性差,所以冷镦模具的寿命,就成了一个迫切需要解决的问题,为了改变模具寿命低的局面,从1975年以来,我厂从以下三个方面采取了一些措施: 1.改进热处理的冷却方式,使模具材料的机械性能能发挥得好一些。 2.改变模具结构,使模具的受力状态趋于合理,同时也使组成模具的各部分更便于热处
