一、前言大批量生产仪器仪表的轴类零件,大都采用纵切自动车床,并希望一次成型加工完毕。纵切自动车床比普通仪表车床有很多优点,但它的一个致命弱点是棒料的形状误差、棒料与中心架夹头的间隙不当,会影响零件的精度。所以如何采用先进的工艺设计、合理的操作和调整机床,用普通精度的棒料生产出合格零件,这是仪器仪表零件制造过程中的一个难题。本文提出了提高加工

So how to use advanced process design, reasonable operation and adjustment of machine tools, with the accuracy of the bar to produce qualified parts, which is instrumentation parts manufacturing process in a problem. This article proposes to improve processing
