口头语言是现代人才的重要素质之一。但口头语言必须从小培养,因而小学中已开了“说话课”(或称“听说训练”),成为一项重要的研究课题。但从农村小学的现状看,说话训练存在着单一性的倾向。表现之一:训练阵地单一,重视课堂训练,漠视课外阵地。表现之二:训练形式单一,往往是先听一段话或一个故事,然后再说,显得单调。由于训练单一,久之,情趣不浓,而学生的说话潜能与个性也受到了压抑。口头语言是一种能力、技能,是人们生活中不可缺少的工具。说话训练必须是全方位的。笔者认为培养学生良好的说话能力,训练中须注意以下几点。
Oral language is one of the important qualities of modern talent. However, since spoken language must be trained at an early age, it has become an important research topic that elementary schools have already started to talk about language training. However, from the perspective of the status quo of rural primary schools, there is a tendency of unity in speaking training. One of the performance: a single training position, emphasis on classroom training, ignoring extracurricular positions. Performance two: training a single form, often first listen to a passage or a story, then say, monotonous. As a result of training a single, long time, fun is not strong, and students have the potential to talk and personality has been suppressed. Oral language is a kind of abilities, skills, is an indispensable tool in people's lives. Talking training must be comprehensive. I believe that students develop a good ability to speak, the training should pay attention to the following points.
