选用未孕及怀孕 4~ 8天地鼠子宫内膜 ,用组织学、免疫组织化学染色及图像分析法 ,研究植入前后地鼠子宫内膜中 L N、 FN分布及含量的变化 ,探讨其与植入过程的相关关系。结果 :在未孕地鼠 ,L N主要分布于宫内膜各类上皮基膜内 ,FN存在于基膜及细胞外基质中。孕 4~ 8天 ,各类上皮基膜中 L N、FN表达明显增多 ,与未孕地鼠相比 ,差异显著 (P<0 .0 1)。随着蜕膜形成 ,蜕膜 (基质 )细胞周围 L N及 FN表达增多。上述结果表明 ,L N、 FN与植入过程及蜕膜功能密切相关
The uterus endometrium of 4 ~ 8 days old pregnant rats and pregnant mice were selected. The histological, immunohistochemical staining and image analysis were used to study the distribution and content of LN and FN in the rat endometrium The relationship between the process. Results: In non-pregnant rats, L N mainly distributed in all kinds of epithelial basement membrane of endometrium, and FN was present in basement membrane and extracellular matrix. Pregnant 4 to 8 days, all kinds of epithelial basement membrane L N, FN increased significantly, compared with non-pregnant rats, the difference was significant (P <0.01). With decidualization, L N and FN expression increased around the decidua (stroma) cells. The above results show that, L N, FN and the implantation process and decidual function are closely related
