在T91、T92等高Cr铁素体耐热钢研究的基础上,对10%Cr-W型铁素体耐热钢进行合金成分设计,主要进行了降低C含量、增加Cr含量及添加Co组元的优化及调整,并加以熔炼、锻造及轧制成型,继而通过对其热处理工艺的探讨制定了10%Cr-W钢的最佳热处理工艺。奥氏体化温度为1 100~1 150℃,回火温度为750~780℃,最终组织为6%的δ铁素体+回火马氏体。性能测试结果表明:10%Cr-W型铁素体耐热钢的常温及高温强度都优于T91钢。
Based on the research of high Cr ferritic heat-resisting steel such as T91 and T92, the alloy composition of 10% Cr-W ferritic heat-resisting steel was studied. The content of C, the content of Cr and the content of Co Yuan optimization and adjustment, and to smelting, forging and rolling molding, and then through its heat treatment process developed 10% Cr-W steel optimal heat treatment process. The austenitizing temperature is 1 100 ~ 1 150 ℃, the tempering temperature is 750 ~ 780 ℃ and the final microstructure is 6% δ ferrite + tempered martensite. Performance test results show that: 10% Cr-W-type ferritic heat-resistant steel at room temperature and high temperature strength are better than T91 steel.
