1病例介绍患者男,42岁。因“鼻塞伴流脓涕2+年”于2014年3月7日入院。专科检查:鼻中隔稍右曲,双侧下鼻甲充血肥大。右侧后鼻孔可见一新生物,表面血管扩张(图1)。鼻部CT检查示右侧下鼻甲内后方见软组织密度影,大小约2.6 cm×1.6 cm,与周围组织分界不清,向外推压下鼻甲,向内与犁骨分界不清;双侧上颌窦内见软组织密度影,余副鼻窦未见异常,窦壁骨质未见破坏,鼻中隔偏曲,双侧下鼻甲肥
1 case presentation Patient male, 42 years old. He was admitted to hospital on March 7, 2014 because of “noisy accompanied by purulent 2+ years.” Specialist examination: slightly right nasal septum, bilateral hypertrophy of the inferior turbinate hyperemia. A new creature can be seen in the right rear nares and the surface vessels are dilated (Figure 1). A CT scan of the nose showed a soft tissue density in the right side of the inferior turbinate. The size of the soft tissue was about 2.6 cm×1.6 cm. The boundary with the surrounding tissue was unclear. The inferior turbinate was pushed outward and the boundary between the inward and the vomer was unclear. Intra-sinus see soft tissue density, no abnormality in the paranasal sinuses, no damage to the sinus wall bones, deviated septum, bilateral inferior turbinate fertilizer
