铁路工务大修对于线路能够保持通畅和运输安全意义重大,了解工务施工大修施工安全方面的问题,提出相应的对策,可以为改进大修施工安全提供理论指引。铁路工务大修施工安全管理过程中的安全风险和问题在于职工安全风险意识不强,安全管理职能落实不力,安全教育不到位,为此,要顺应工务大修安全管理目标,梳理安全风险,加强过程管控;注重隐患排除,夯实安全管理基础;实施多元化安全教育,筑牢安全防线。希望能够为工务大修施工研究提供一些方法。
Railway construction overhaul is of great significance to keep the line unobstructed and safety of transportation. Understanding the construction safety of public works overhaul and putting forward corresponding countermeasures can provide theoretical guidance for improving overhaul construction safety. Safety risks and problems in construction safety management of railway public works overhaul are that workers’ awareness of safety risks is not strong, safety management functions are not implemented well, and safety education is not in place.
