春秋时期道家学派创始人老子的“无为而治”的思想对现代学生管理有一定的积极作用,“无为而治”思想的深刻内涵表现在三个方面:一是,学生管理者应有较多的经验和超凡的智慧。即圣人的管理。二是,顺应自然法则的管理。三是,有所为有所不为的管理,即以“无为”的姿态,做到对学生管理,把握好尺度,给学生一定的自由空间和宽松的学习环境。
