目的探讨六手操作结合心理干预在门诊儿童牙病治疗中的应用及效果。方法将确诊为中龋或深龋的患儿120例随机分为三组,每组40例。六手组:1名护士配合1名医生工作的同时,巡回护士将健康教育和心理干预措施应用于患儿治疗前、中、后的全过程;四手组:1名护士配合1名医生工作,只进行简单的沟通不做心理干预;常规组:1名护士配合2名医生工作,以医生独立操作为主不做心理干预。三组均接受常规的充填治疗。观察三组患儿和家属对治疗和护理满意度以及患儿配合治疗情况。结果六手组患儿和家属对治疗和护理满意度最高(H=98.94,H=95.45,P<0.05),六手组患儿配合治疗情况最好(χ2=275.78,P<0.05)。结论在门诊儿童牙病治疗中,六手操作结合心理干预配合模式优于四手操作和常规操作。
Objective To explore the application and effect of six-handed operation combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of children’s dental diseases. Methods One hundred and twenty children diagnosed with caries or deep caries were randomly divided into three groups of 40 cases. Six-handed group: a nurse working with a doctor at the same time, roving nurses will be health education and psychological interventions applied to children before, during and after the whole process; four-handed group: a nurse with a doctor work , Only simple communication without psychological intervention; conventional group: a nurse with two doctors work independently with the doctor-independent interventions. All three groups received conventional filling treatment. Three groups of children and their families were observed for satisfaction with treatment and care and with children with treatment. Results Satisfaction with treatment and nursing was the highest in children and relatives of the six-hand group (H = 98.94, H = 95.45, P <0.05). The children in the six-hand group had the best treatment (χ2 = 275.78, P <0.05). Conclusion In the outpatient treatment of children’s dental diseases, the combination of six-handed operation and psychological intervention is superior to four-handed operation and routine operation.
