目的掌握隆林县蚤类的种群分布特征,为制定鼠疫防治对策提供依据。方法采用笼捕法捕获鼠,采集鼠体蚤,计算鼠体染蚤率和蚤指数。粘蚤纸法捕获室内游离蚤,计算地面游离蚤指数。结果共捕获蚤5 783只,隶属3科6属6种,印鼠客蚤占种群的79.25%,为优势蚤种。鼠体平均染蚤率为27.99%,平均蚤指数为0.980,印鼠客蚤指数为0.780,地面游离蚤指数为0.045。月均染蚤率与印鼠客蚤指数季节消长趋势基本一致,呈单峰型,而蚤指数的季节消长呈2个峰期,分别是3月和7月。结论根据隆林县鼠疫寄生蚤种群分布和季节消长规律,印鼠客蚤是该县鼠疫控制中的主要防治对象,2~10月是鼠疫监测的重点期。
Objective To understand the distribution characteristics of fleas in Longlin County and provide evidence for the prevention and control of plague. Methods The rats were captured by the cage catching method and the fleas were collected. The flea flea rate and flea index were calculated. Sticky flea paper method to capture indoor fleas, calculate the free flea index on the ground. Results A total of 5 783 fleas were captured, belonging to 6 families, 3 families and 6 genera, and the flea flew accounted for 79.25% of the total fleas. The average rate of flea infection was 27.99%, the average flea index was 0.980, the guest rat flea index was 0.780, and the ground flea index was 0.045. The average monthly flea flea rate and the Indian rat flea index seasonal fluctuation trend is basically the same, showing a single peak, while the flea index seasonal excursion showed two peaks, respectively, in March and July. Conclusion According to the population distribution and seasonal fluctuation of parasitoid fleas in Longlin County, the main flea control of Plague is the main control target of plague in this county. From February to October, it is the key period of plague surveillance.
