企业只有在管理内部财务的过程中融入全面预算管理,才能使综合管理水平得到有效提高,同时也能够增强风险的防御能力以及自身的竞争实力。本文分析了上市公司全面预算管理工作所出现的主要问题,以及解决企业全面预算管理中出现问题的对策,包括实时监控执行预算的工作以及完善相应考核机制,应建立起支撑全面预算编制工作的组织系统以及要建立起长期的预算管理计划。
