目的:了解护生和护理专家对高职高专护理专业课程的满意度,了解护理专家对实习护生临床工作能力满意度。方法:2014年4月至10月,笔者采用随机抽样法选取护生进行问卷调查,采用方便取法选取护理专家进行访谈调查。结果:《高职高专课程满意度调查表》总得分为(78.0±8.6)分,三年级护生得分为(78.9±11.5)分,二年级护生得分为(77.4±9.2)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理专家对实习护生临床工作能力表示满意,但认为护理专业实践教学方法及师资队伍有待提高。结论:护生对高职高专护理专业课程较满意,三年级护生满意度高于二年级护生;学校应建立高职高专护理专业技能实践教学团队,以满足课程需要。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the satisfaction of nursing students and nursing specialists in nursing courses in vocational colleges, and to understand the satisfaction of nursing specialists in clinical nursing skills. Methods: From April to October 2014, the author used random sampling method to select nursing students for questionnaire survey, and selected nursing experts for interview and investigation by convenient method. Results: The total score of the “Course Satisfaction Questionnaire for Higher Vocational Education” was (78.0 ± 8.6) points, the third grade nursing student score was (78.9 ± 11.5) points, the second grade nursing student score was (77.4 ± 9.2) points, the difference Statistically significant (P <0.05). Nursing experts are satisfied with the clinical work ability of nursing students, but think that nursing practice teaching methods and teaching staff need to be improved. Conclusion: Nursing students are more satisfied with the courses of nursing specialty in higher vocational colleges, and the satisfaction of nursing students in third grade is higher than that of second-year nursing students. Schools should set up practice teaching teams of nursing specialty in higher vocational colleges to meet the needs of the courses.
