为了解洞穴微生物因素对同位素信息的影响,选择贵州中西部地区的岩溶洞穴为研究对象,利用B-4固体培养基对洞穴细菌进行筛选,观察和了解洞穴细菌形成的CaCO3晶体,并应用XRD分析细菌形成的CaCO3晶体成分,结合相关资料分析微生物对洞穴沉积物的影响.研究发现:洞穴中微生物作用促进CaCO3形成是一种普遍现象,在取样的几个洞穴中均有发现;此外,受试验体系中离子成分和CO2饱和度的影响,实验室体系下微生物形成的CaCO3晶体主要由方解石和球霰石组成.
