目的探讨抗震救灾过程中(近似野战条件下)血液储存的有效办法。方法将简易标准运血箱作为储血设备,用相变蓄冷剂和冰快作为冷源控温,外加棉被包裹保温,每6h观察帐篷内温度和储血箱内温度,每24h更换相变蓄冷剂及冰快。结果在高温(40℃)、高湿(80%)的环境下,储血箱内温度维持在(4±2)℃;箱内温度与箱体摆放的位置无关,箱内红细胞的容量与箱内温度有关;相变蓄冷剂和冰的冷冻质量与维持较长时间的标准温度有关,单用相变蓄冷剂,不加冰就可控制箱内温度;21人32次输注用该方法保存的108U红细胞(最长储存30d),无1例不良反应发生。结论简易标准运血箱可作为野战条件下的储血设备。 Objective To study the effective methods of blood storage during earthquake relief (near field conditions). Methods A simple standard blood transfusion box was used as a blood storage device. The phase change cryogen and ice were used as the cold source temperature control, and the quilt was wrapped and insulated. The temperature in the tent and the temperature in the blood storage tank were observed every 6h, and the phase change was changed every 24h Coolant and ice fast. Results The temperature inside the blood storage tank was maintained at (4 ± 2) ℃ under high temperature (40 ℃) and high humidity (80%).
