口语交际能力,是一种在交往的过程中表现出来的灵活、机敏的听说能力和待人处事的能力,是人类正常生活的必备能力之一。具备良好的口语交际能力,是人们适应现代社会人际交往需要的基本素质。新教材把原来的“听话·说话”训练改换成“口语交际”训练,这是语文课程目标与时俱进的具体体现。然而,在平时的工作中,我们不难发现,特别是边远山区少数民族低年级学生的口语交际能力的培养情况不容乐观,与课程标准的要求相距甚远,不利于学生的终身发展,亟待加强培养。
Oral communicative competence is a kind of flexible and alert listening and speaking skills demonstrated in the process of communication and one’s ability to deal with others and is one of the indispensable abilities of normal human life. Have good oral communication skills, is the basic quality of people to meet the needs of modern social interpersonal communication. The new teaching material changed the original training of “obedient speech” into “oral communication” training, which is a concrete manifestation of keeping pace with the times of the Chinese curriculum. However, in normal work, we can easily find out that the cultivation of oral communicative competence of minority students in remote mountainous areas in particular is not optimistic and far from the requirements of curriculum standards, which is detrimental to the lifelong development of students and is urgently needed to be strengthened to cultivate.
