很多国内企业在香港高薪挖了很多人才,结果大多都呆了不到三个月走人了,他们绝对很专业有能力,但是适应不了这边人事的环境。一个香港人在北京企业中的生存是不容易的。
Many domestic enterprises dug up a lot of talents at a high salary in Hong Kong. As a result, most of them left in less than three months. They were absolutely professional and capable but could not adapt to the personnel environment here. The survival of a Hong Kong resident in a Beijing enterprise is not easy.
