目的探索卵巢癌组织中nm23、PCNA表达在肿瘤增殖及淋巴结转移的相关意义。方法采用S-P免疫组化法研究了nm23、PCNA在38例卵巢癌的表达变化与卵巢癌生物学行为及淋巴结转移的关系。结果表明nm23的低表达与卵巢癌侵袭程度显著相关,nm23的低表达者后腹膜淋巴结转移率比正常高。PCNA的强阳性表达与癌细胞的增殖活性密切相关。结论提示nm23低表达和PCNA的强阳性表达在卵巢癌的肿瘤增殖及淋巴结转移中起重要作用。
Objective To explore the significance of nm23 and PCNA expression in tumor proliferation and lymph node metastasis in ovarian cancer. Methods S-P immunohistochemistry was used to study the relationship between the expression of nm23 and PCNA in 38 cases of ovarian cancer and the biological behavior of ovarian cancer and lymph node metastasis. The results showed that the low expression of nm23 was significantly correlated with the degree of invasion of ovarian cancer, and the lower lymph node metastasis rate of nm23 was higher than normal. The strong positive expression of PCNA is closely related to the proliferation activity of cancer cells. Conclusions suggest that the low expression of nm23 and the strong positive expression of PCNA play an important role in tumor proliferation and lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer.
