瑞丽县位于我国西南边境,当地群众养猪系放牧。傣族、景颇族、汉族等居民均有生食凉拌猪肉的习惯。1983年3月先后发生8例旋毛虫病。调查结果如下: 流行病学调查 1983年3月2日某户建房,8人同餐腌菜水凉拌生猪肉,食后5～21天,先后发病,取患者腓肠肌镜检,均查到旋毛虫幼虫包囊,确诊为旋毛虫病。在该地区捕鼠128只,解剖查见4只鼠有旋毛虫幼虫,阳性率为3.1％。抽查猪114头,其中4头猪查见旋毛虫幼虫,阳性率为3.5％。查犬1只,未查见旋毛虫。
