建立在对实际动车检修现场的考察调研基础之上,针对当前动车主变流器漏液普查作业程序和方法所存在的弊端,结合市场目前流行的工业内窥镜,根据作业现场的具体环境和条件,分析将工业内窥镜应用于动车主变流器检修作业中的可行性。通过理论验证,在动车主变流器漏液普查及检修中采用工业内窥镜这种新型检修工具,可以改善现有的检修工艺,提高检修效率和检修人员的作业舒适度。
On the basis of investigation and research on the actual vehicle maintenance site, aiming at the defects of current routine and method of census leakage investigation on the main converter of motor vehicle, combined with the current industrial endoscope in the market, according to the specific environment of the operation site and Conditions, analyze the feasibility of applying industrial endoscopes to the maintenance work of the main transformer of the motor car.
