文献报道新喹诺酮类的环丙沙星、依诺沙星及培氟沙星能抑制肝脏微粒体系中细胞色素P—450的同功酶,该酶与甲基黄嘌呤的代谢有关,可降低人体内,特别是老年人体内茶碱清除率,而使血中茶碱浓度增高。氧氟沙星和诺氟沙星抑制P-450的同功酶作用甚小。当氧氟沙星与氨茶碱同时应用时,血中茶碱浓度并不显著增高。为证实以上观点,本文选择老年慢性肺心病缓解期病人5例(年龄62~73岁),肝肾功能均在正常范围。健
