目的调查肿瘤患者PICC置管术后导管相关性感染病原学情况,为加强防控措施提供参考。方法通过回顾性调查方法,对42例实施过PICC置管的肿瘤患者医院感染的致病原进行了调查。结果本次调查的42例医院感染病人有28例为全身性感染,另24例为皮肤感染。从感染标本中,检出表皮葡萄球菌23株,金黄色葡萄球菌8株,白色念珠菌12株,近平滑念珠菌5株,大肠埃希菌2株。结论肿瘤患者PICC置管术后导管相关性感染致病菌以革兰阳性球菌和真菌为主,提示应加强穿刺部位消毒隔离措施。
Objective To investigate the pathogen-related etiology of catheter-related infection after PICC catheterization in cancer patients and provide references for strengthening prevention and control measures. Methods A retrospective study was conducted to investigate the pathogenic pathogens of nosocomial infections in 42 patients with PICC catheter. Results The survey of 42 cases of nosocomial infections in 28 patients with systemic infection, and the other 24 cases of skin infections. 23 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis, 8 strains of Staphylococcus aureus, 12 strains of Candida albicans, 5 strains of Candida parapsilosis and 2 strains of Escherichia coli were detected from infected samples. Conclusion The main pathogens of catheter-related infection after PICC catheterization in patients with cancer are Gram-positive cocci and fungi, suggesting that disinfection and isolation should be strengthened at the puncture site.
