本实验室研究了蜂毒对大白鼠乳鼠(Wisfar)心肌细胞的搏动功能和DNA合成的影响,发现: 1.不同浓度的蜂毒对离体培养心肌细胞搏动功能有不同的影响。浓度为1mg/ml(10~(-3))时可抑制心肌细胞收缩力和减慢心率,心肌细胞很快停止跳动,浓度下降到0.5mg/ml(0.5×10~(-3))时则可见心肌细胞比用药前的心率加快、收缩力加强、但若浓度再降到0.01mg/ml(10~(-5))时则心率和收缩力均未见明显变化。
In this laboratory, we investigated the effects of bee venom on the pulsatile function and DNA synthesis of Wistar rat cardiomyocytes and found that: 1. Different concentrations of bee venom have different effects on the pulsatile function of isolated myocardial cells. At a concentration of 1 mg/ml (10-3), it can inhibit myocardial cell contractility and slow down the heart rate. Myocardial cells quickly stop beating, and the concentration drops to 0.5 mg/ml (0.5×10-3). It can be seen that the heart rate of the cardiomyocytes is faster than that before the administration and the contractility is strengthened, but if the concentration is reduced to 0.01 mg/ml (10~(-5)), no significant changes in heart rate and contractility are observed.
