一工作的进行与结果1954年初,中华人民共和国粮食部提出了一些粮食保管中存在的问题,要求中国科学院协助解决。植物生理研究所接受了这个任务的主要部分,经过实地调查、研究和讨论,和有关部门共同确定了三个主要的具体研究项目:(1)晒后热进仓对小麦品质与生理的影响;(2)稻谷保管期中的安全水分;(3)曝晒和阴晾对大豆出油量的影响。(复旦大学生物系接受邀请协助研究)。现在,各项实验已有初步结果,兹简述如下:
Progress and Results of a Work In early 1954, the Ministry of Grain of the People’s Republic of China put forward some problems in food preservation and asked the Chinese Academy of Sciences to assist in the solution. The Institute of Plant Physiology accepted the main part of this task. Through field investigation, research and discussion, the Institute of Plant Physiology has identified three major specific research projects jointly with the relevant departments: (1) the impact of hot tanking on wheat quality and physiology; (2) safe moisture in rice storage period, and (3) the effect of exposure and shade drying on soybean oil yield.
