玛曲县寄宿制藏族小学始建于1958年,经过半个世纪的发展,办学规模逐步扩大,育人功能不断增强。现今,学校已由当初的马背小学、帐篷小学,逐渐发展为拥有27个教学班,1410名学生的现代化学校。学校占地面积45174平方米,建筑面积8563平方米。现有教职工91人,专任教师86人,其中小学高级教师33人,小学一级教师30人,小学二级教师23人。有州级骨干教师3名,县级骨干教师6名。教师平均年龄35岁,师资力量雄厚,师生比例适当。
Maqu boarding Tibetan primary school was founded in 1958, after half a century of development, gradually expand the scale of running a school, increasing the function of educating people. Nowadays, the school has gradually developed from a former horseback primary school and tent elementary school into a modern school with 27 teaching classes and 1,410 students. School covers an area of 45174 square meters, construction area of 8563 square meters. The existing staff of 91 people, 86 full-time teachers, including 33 primary and secondary school teachers, primary school teachers, 30, 23 secondary school teachers. There are 3 state key teachers, 6 county-level backbone teachers. The average age of teachers is 35 years old, teachers are strong, appropriate ratio of teachers and students.
