现行班级授课制条件下,教师难以对差异较大的众多学生进行教学。同一进度的教学和评价,势必造成学习好的学生吃不饱,学习困难的学生吃不了的局面。而实施分层教学与分层评价,使学习好的学生不易满足,激发其求知欲,使学习困难的学生有更多的成功机会,进而增强其学习的积极性和自信心。
Under the current class teaching system, it is difficult for teachers to teach a large number of students who differ greatly. Teaching and evaluation at the same pace will inevitably lead to a situation in which students who are learning well will not be able to eat, and students with difficult learning will not be able to eat. The implementation of stratified teaching and stratified evaluation makes it difficult for well-educated students to satisfy, stimulates their desire for knowledge, and makes students with learning difficulties have more chances of success, thereby enhancing their enthusiasm for learning and self-confidence.
