本文对经过500℃、600℃、700℃高温热处理后的试样进行拉伸试验,观察热处理后焊接接头金相组织,测试接头金属显微硬度,研究了13Mn Ni Mo 54与20Mn Mo异种金属焊接接头金属的性能。结果表明,随着热处理温度提高,焊接接头金属的强度降低和塑性增加,高温拉伸试验均断裂在热影响区。比较热处理后与常温下焊接接头的金相组织,发现焊缝区铁素体组织减少,珠光体组织增多,铁素体组织的形态发生了变化。随着热处理温度的提高,空冷后金属晶粒尺寸变小,焊接接头金属硬度随着热处理温度的升高而增加。
In this paper, the tensile test was carried out on the specimens after heat treatment at 500 ℃, 600 ℃ and 700 ℃. The microstructure of the welded joint after heat treatment was observed and the microhardness of the joint metal was tested. The effects of 13Mn Ni Mo 54 and 20Mn Mo dissimilar metal welding Connector metal performance. The results show that as the heat treatment temperature increases, the strength of the weld metal decreases and the plasticity increases, and the high temperature tensile test breaks in the HAZ. The microstructure of the welded joint after heat treatment is compared with that of the welded joint at normal temperature. It is found that the ferrite structure in the weld zone decreases, the pearlite structure increases, and the morphology of the ferrite structure changes. With the increase of heat treatment temperature, the size of the metal grains becomes smaller after air cooling and the hardness of the weld metal increases with the increase of the heat treatment temperature.
