商圈林立的上海市场面临着白酒行业的白日化竞争,消费者既可以选择茅台、五粮液、剑南春等一线品牌;也可以从泸州老窖、泸郎、金六福、郎酒、洋河大曲、今世缘、小糊涂仙、五粮醇等二、三线品牌进行选择。通过对白酒类促销活动的总体分析,不难发现高价位的酒拥有固定的消费人群,不需要太多的促销支持就能取得良好的销售状况;而中等价格白酒的业绩主要来源于节庆送礼,促销方式多样化(买赠A送A或B,购满金额返利,卖场内主题陈列,消费者互动等)。若将上海白酒的价格进行细分,可以概括为20元以下商品、20- 100元商品、100-300元商品、300元以上商品四个价格
