磁共振 CT(MR-CT,即核磁共振 CT)作为标准设备有两个射频天线。躯干天线是固定安装的,头部天线需要时可以绑在病人床台上。应用这两个天线,不用移动病人,即可获得躯干和头部的任何部位的断面象。射频近场天线的灵敏度随天线体积的减小而提高。今为特殊用途设计的天线体积小,用之可以提高信噪比,还可以减少扫描时间或改善 MR-CT 的空间分辨率。本文讨论了各种用途(眼眶,内耳,脊柱,乳腺,关节等)的专用射频
Magnetic Resonance CT (MR-CT, or Nuclear Magnetic Resonance CT) has two RF antennas as standard equipment. The trunk antenna is fixed and the head antenna can be strapped to the patient bed when needed. Using these two antennas, the cross-sectional image of the torso and any part of the head can be obtained without moving the patient. The sensitivity of the RF near-field antenna increases with decreasing antenna volume. Today’s small antennas designed for specific applications can be used to increase signal-to-noise ratio, reduce scan time, or improve MR-CT spatial resolution. This article discusses specific uses for various applications (orbital, inner ear, spine, breast, joint, etc.)
