本组45例胃癌病人经病理诊断,均为晚期胃癌,其中胃大部及半胃切除者25例,胃癌根治术后复发者7例,剖腹探查仅做胃空肠吻合术者7例、不适手术者6例。病理类型:腺癌26例、粘液癌12例,未定型7例。性别:男35例,女10例。年龄:最大71岁,最小30岁,各年龄组以51～60岁最多占40％。将本组病人随机分为三组:①癌得安组:癌得安75mg一日二次肌注,连用60日。②单纯化疗组:即60日内用长春新硷
This group of 45 patients with gastric cancer by pathological diagnosis, are advanced gastric cancer, including the majority of the stomach and half gastrectomy in 25 cases, recurrence of gastric cancer after radical resection in 7 cases, laparotomy only gastrojejunostomy in 7 cases, unsuitable surgery 6 cases. Pathological types: 26 cases of adenocarcinoma, 12 cases of mucinous carcinoma, and 7 cases of undefined type. Gender: 35 males and 10 females. Age: Up to 71 years old, minimum 30 years old, and up to 40% of all age groups with 51 to 60 years old.
